If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Please contact info@dj-ninja.com to arrange a return.

We ship out items as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. Please allow 2-3 working days to allow for processing time, you will be notified when your item is dispatched. 

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you've placed it. If you don't receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it.
